7. The meaning behind the “3” Hat
Before Chance released his Grammy-winning mixtape Coloring Book, most people referred to his upcoming mixtape as “Chance 3” as it would be his third solo mixtape. Chance wanted to tease his new music with album art, without giving away the name of the mixtape, so he started wearing hats with the number three on. And now, it has turned into his signature hat, of course besides wearing his classic White Sox cap.
