Week 13: Best DraftKings Bets for Monday Night Football Doubleheader – $1,000 Deposit Bonus

-

Well, that was fun. Another NFL Sunday has come to a close, and we didn’t have a shortage of close games that either made you either really happy or really mad. If you are a Chicago Bears fan like myself, you are absolutely incensed about the state of your team right now. With an absolutely inexcusable loss to the depleted Detroit Lions in their own home stadium, the Bears dropped to 5-7 and sat dead last in the NFC North. It would not be surprising to see General Manager Ryan Pace and Head Coach Matt Nagy fired before the end of the week, but the McCaskey family isn’t known for making good decisions. Putting that horrible tragedy behind us, we have a good ol’ fashion doubleheader tonight for Monday Night Football. The Washington Football Team will travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers for the first match at 5 pm EST. We get the Buffalo Bills on the road to take on the San Francisco 49ers, who will be playing in Arizona for their home games due to Santa Clara’s COVID restrictions. DraftKings Sportsbook is offering you a great deal to get in on the action and make it rain.

Monday Night Football Doubleheader

Washington Football Team at Pittsburgh Steelers

Spread: PIT -6.5, WAS +6.5

Total: 43.5

The first game of the night is probably the least interesting one, but it can be very profitable if you know how to play it. The Football Team is coming off of a huge Thanksgiving win against the Dallas Cowboys that put them in the driver’s seat of the NFC East, if only for a few days until the New York Giants’ victory. The Steelers defeated the Baltimore Ravens, or what was left of them, last Wednesday afternoon in a close victory 19-14. Steelers coach Mike Tomlin was not happy with his team’s performance despite the win. Injuries and COVID diagnoses decimated the Ravens, and the Steelers only won by 5 points at home.

People will certainly jump on the Washington wagon after their great performance last time out and Pittsburgh’s awful one. I think this is a prime spot to jump on with the Steelers. The Football Team’s secondary is abysmal and will be under siege all day from a talented Pittsburgh receiving corp. Meanwhile, Alex Smith will be taking his own lumps when Washington gets down in this game and allows the Steelers D to tee off on him when he has to throw it to get back in the game. I feel like the Steelers will be able to score on every possession, and it will be tough for the Football Team to catch up.

Prediction: Pittsburgh -6.5 and the OVER

Buffalo Bills at San Francisco 49ers

Spread: SF -1, BUF +1

Total: 46.5

This is a game between two teams that are fighting for different things. The Bills are already leading the AFC East, but the Miami Dolphins are hot on their tail. Meanwhile, the 49ers are clawing and scratching their way back into a playoff spot after falling behind early in the season due to a plethora of injuries. Buffalo is coming off a 10-point win at home against Anthony Lynn and the Los Angeles Chargers, which isn’t really saying much, considering Anthony Lynn. The 49ers are coming off a big upset of the other Los Angeles team, the Rams, on the road in LA on a Robbie Gould field goal. Clearly, the momentum is with San Francisco.

The line for this game actually opened with San Francisco has +2.5 point underdogs, but money has come flowing in on them to the point that they are favorites in the game. I still like the 49ers in this spot laying a point. Their run game with a now healthy Raheem Mostert looks to get back on track against a terrible Bills run defense that ranks 25th against the rush. Plus, the Niners are getting other stars back like Richard Sherman, Deebo Samuel, and Brandon Aiyuk. They should move the ball on this Bills defense, and I still don’t know if I can trust Josh Allen.

Prediction: San Francisco -1 and the OVER
