Well that got crazy.
Former UFC fighter Mike Perry, beloved by fans for being crazy, just pulled out (quite literally) one of the craziest moves you’ve ever seen at a pre-fight press conference.
Perry was last fought in the UFC in April, 2021 and was cut from the company following some losses as well as some concerning incidents outside of the cage.
He last fought at the debut of Triller’s Triad Combat, a confusing mixed-rules fight style, in November, 2021 and picked up a split decision win against Michael Seals.
In October, 2021, Perry signed a fight deal with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. Now, Perry is headlining Knucklemania II this Saturday, the promotion’s version of Wrestlemania or the Super Bowl (basically their most stacked card of the year, I guess). In his pre-fight press conference Thursday with his challenger Julian Lane, Perry decided to get his signature style of crazy and pulled a bat out of his pants and tried to go at Lane, who seemed mostly un-phased.
This is possibly the most BKFC thing you’ve ever seen…

Perry will no doubt be the fan favorite on Saturday going into the fight. Although nothing really happened from it, this is definitely one of the wildest things we’ve ever seen at a pre-fight press conference.
BKFC’s Knucklemania II takes place February 19 from Hollywood, FL and can be watched through BKTV for $4.99/month or purchased for $19.99 on FITE TV. The card also features former UFC championship contender Chad Mendes in his BKFC debut.
