Drake is having a busy day. Just moments ago, the superstar rapper made an appearance at the Kentucky Derby with fellow rapper Jack Harlow.

However, before he popped up there, the 6 God made news by placing a $550,000 (Canadian dollars) bet on Justin Gaethje in the main event of UFC 274 tonight.

Gaethje is headlining UFC 274 tonight against Charles Oliveira for the UFC lightweight championship. This fight has been surrounded in drama after Oliveira became the first UFC champion ever to miss weight for his title fight. Since missing the weight, bets on Gaethje have been flying in like crazy, swaying his odds heavily.
Update: Oliveira now a -140, Gaethje +115, per @BetMGM https://t.co/tF6O8euSMl

Some fans are now skeptical of how Gaethje will do now due to the “Drake curse”. Fans joked online about Gaethje’s approval of Drake betting on him.

The fight is only a title fight for Gaethje due to Oliveira missing weight. Meaning if Gaethje wins, he can claim the undisputed UFC lightweight title. If Oliveira wins, he will not be champion. Instead, he will be a number one title contender set to face a to-be-determined opponent at a later date.
Author’s Note:
For transparency’s sake, I want to let everyone know that I placed a $15 bet on Justin Gaethje to win after Oliveira missed weight.
