Notre Dame received a nice commitment this evening from Chicago native, Pat Coogan.
Coogan just finished his Junior season at Marist High School and is the 14th ranked overall player in Illinois for the Class of 2021.

He will join a class that continues to build around now five star QB Tyler Buchner.

While Coogan is rated at three stars currently, I like to look at the rest of the schools that have offered him to really gauge the caliber of player that fans can look forward to.
The Irish were able to win his commitment over teams in the championship conversation such as LSU, Ohio State, Oregon and Oklahoma.
