White Sox Unveil Cost Friendly Ballpark Pass Ticket Package

-

In what will undoubtedly be another tough season for the White Sox from a win/loss perspective, the organization is finding creative ways to motivate fans to come to the ballpark. After releasing a new slate of promotional fan giveaways last week, the team has unveiled a cost-effective Ballpark Pass ticket package for all March, April, and May home games for the 2025 season.

Ballpark Pass Details

The $125 Ballpark pass covers all 27 White Sox home games in March, April, and May, including Opening Day. The Saturday giveaway games are also included in this package. There are some stipulations, however. These passes are non-refundable and cannot be resold. Posting tickets under this package for resale will result in the cancellation of the pass, per the FAQ section. However, these passes are shareable and can be forwarded to others through the MLB Ballpark app. Seat locations vary from game to game, but fans who purchase the pass will have an assigned seat for each game. Upgrades to specific seat locations are also available. For all FAQs, click here.

Dismal 2024 Attendance

The historically bad 2024 White Sox had disastrous implications on attendance last season. The team averaged 17,046 fans per game per Baseball Reference, their lowest since 1999. Their total attendance of 1,380,733 was also the lowest the franchise has seen this century. Considering their dubious 2024 season and minimal efforts to improve this offseason, attendance at White Sox games will likely be very low again in 2025. As a result, the team had to find a way to lure fans to the ballpark. The unveiling of this Ballpark Pass is a concerted effort to make that happen.

White Sox Must Repair Relationship With Fans

It is safe to say that fan interest in the White Sox organization is as low as it has been in a long time. Following a record-setting 121-loss season and the trade of star pitcher Garrett Crochet this offseason, it will take a significant turnaround on the field for the organization to regain the trust and public of the fans again. Making the ballpark experience more affordable is a step in making that happen. The Ballpark Pass provides the opportunity for fans and families to attend every White Sox home game early in the season at an affordable price.
