Nicky Delmonico entered today with an on-base streak of 12 games. Well, he made it 13 pretty quickly as he homered in his 1st at-bat.

Next, Delmonico singled, and in the 8th inning, he increased the White Sox lead to 4-2 with his second blast of the night.

Delmonico has been a force since being called up from Triple-A Charlotte. He is currently 3-4 tonight. Lets see how long he can keep it up. One thing is for certain, he has definitely solidified himself onto the future roster. After everything he has been through, it couldn’t happen to a more deserving guy.
