For the fans waiting eagerly to see the White Sox play the Cardinals on national television at the Field of Dreams, there is some bad news to share:
It’s strange that just now they decide it’s a logistical problem and a bit coincidental seeing as the Cardinals are going through a decent sized corona virus outbreak, but in all honestly, it’s probably better this way.
The game can be the originally scheduled White Sox/Yankees match-up next year in (hopefully) a full 162 game season. Until then, safety is the most important thing.
