Eloy Jiminez Is Ready For The White Sox

-

Eloy Jiminez penned a player tribune earlier today and said that he was ready to be called up to the show. Eloy seemed super excited to play on the South Side and has goals to bring a World Series trophy back to the White Sox.

“I want to help bring White Sox fans another World Series trophy. Or, even better yet, a few of them.”

With the call-up of Michael Kopech and Eloy waiting in the wings, the Sox have two studs ready to make an impact. Michael Kopech last week said that he was ready for the big time and thought he did everything he could to be called up by the White Sox. A few days later and August 21st, Kopech made his debut.

Hopefully, this spells the same for Eloy, who says he’s ready.

“So everyone wants to know. Everyone keeps asking me. Everyone is looking for me to just come out and say it. Well, you know, here you go: Chicago, I’m ready! Right now.”

By having this player tribune come out and saying everything that’s on his mind, what does this kid need to do more of? He’s already murdering AAA baseball and has been doing so since he got there.

Look at the stats above! Eloy has already proved himself and he wants to show the city of Chicago what he can do in the show.

“I’m ready to be part of this community and to meet all the fans and to make it clear to you that there is a new era of White Sox baseball on the horizon with a bunch of exciting young players who are looking to make history.”

Eloy knows that the White Sox have a special farm system at the moment. He isn’t making it all about him here, he wants to win and he wants the White Sox fans to experience it.

One of the best things about Eloy is the confidence that he has.

“Am I ready for the big leagues?

I’m beyond ready.”

Do the numbers here lie? No, they don’t. What else does he have to prove at this point? Eloy has seen his teammate and number one ranked pitcher Michael Kopech come up and get all the love from Sox fans and he wants his due.

“I’ve been waiting to play pro ball in Chicago since I was 11 years old.

And hey, as long as I don’t get hit by the baseball during my first at-bat in a White Sox uniform, I’m pretty sure my debut is gonna go just fine.

See you on the South Side!”

Eloy is ready and so are us Sox fans. Let’s go, Rick and Kenny, we are done waiting.
