The flame throwing right hander has been on an absolute tear as of late.
Since June 20th, Michael Kopech has thrown 61 innings (11 starts) and has 87 strikeouts to just 14 walks.
87 strikeouts…to 14 walks. Oh, and his ERA is 2.07 during that stretch.
Call him up, Rick Hahn.

With nothing left to prove, the time was perfect to call Kopech up to the White Sox. He is scheduled to pitch on Tuesday against the Twins. Get your popcorn ready folks, this guy is going to be electric for the South Side for years to come.
