Reds pitcher Tejay Antone started the top of the fourth inning of Saturday night’s game against the Cubs by throwing a fastball over the head of Anthony Rizzo.
The Cubs dugout immediately made some noise, as Rizzo looked toward the mound, where Antone sheepishly looked at his hand and down at the ground. The umpires got together and decided to issue warnings to both sides, which brought Cubs manager David Ross out to the field.
Ross was ejected for the first time as a manager along with someone else in the Cubs dugout.
