Wendell Carter Jr.’s Instagram Post Has Bulls Fans Fired Up

-

All anyone can talk about when it comes to the Bulls is when/if the team will part ways with head coach Jim Boylen. Too often do we forget how promising some of these young players are on this current Bulls roster. Although the team didn’t meet the high expectations set before the season, there is still reason to have a positive outlook about the future. Former 7th overall pick, Wendell Carter Jr., is already looking forward to proving the doubters wrong.

In 43 last year games Carer Jr. averaged 11.3 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game.

It’s okay to be cautiously optimistic

The Bulls took advantage of their season being cut short by revamping their entire front office. The last piece still needing to go is obviously Boylen. But in a few weeks the Bulls will have another shot at a high pick as they have a 7.5% in landing the top overall pick in this year’s NBA draft lottery. Throw in another young piece next season, along with a new front office (and hopefully new head coach), and this team might finally crawl itself out from the bottom ranks of the NBA.
