According to Yahoo Sports’ Jake Fischer, the Chicago Bulls are a team to keep an eye on to land James Harden. The Bulls have kept Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan available in trade talks and could change the team’s look by adding an elite talent like James Harden.
How Does James Harden Fit?
James Harden, soon to be 34, is aging quickly. The Sixers are set to trade him after he opted into the final year of his deal. Ideally, the Bulls could want to add Hardent to the team without losing either LaVine or DeRozan, given Harden’s playmaking ability. Given the Sixers’ tight window to win, it seems unlikely, as Joel Embiid isn’t getting any younger. The Bulls would likely throw Zach LaVine in a deal and reasonable request for Tyrese Maxey in return.

Pull the trigger, but Morey isn’t giving up Maxey here. Give DeRozan and Harden a fighting chance toward the end of their careers. I think they’d blend well even if their games aren’t fully compatible.
