Former Bull Could Be Joining Revamped Front Office

-

As everyone should know by now the Bulls hired a new VP of basketball operations. This is the beginning of what everyone believes will be a complete rebuild in the front office and possibly the coaching staff. A report was released today stating that a former Bull had an informal meeting with Michael Reinsdorf for a front-office position.

Nazr Mohammed spent three years with the Bulls from 2012-2015. He is most known within the Bulls organization for the shove that he gave to Lebron James during the Eastern Conference semifinals in 2013.

Delivering that shove to Lebron James is enough for most people to want him within the Bulls front office.

However, since his playing career ended, he has worked within the front office in OKC. The position Mohammed would fill is unknown at this point. Though his role would most likely be small he would be a good asset to have within the front office. The big man played in the NBA for 18 seasons, so he clearly has extensive knowledge of the NBA.

For the first time in quite a while, it’s exciting to be a Bulls fan. Under a new VP of basketball operations, the excitement for this organization’s future is back. Whether it starts with small additions like Mohammed or a new head coach, this is an exciting time to be a Bulls fan.
