Though the Bulls record in February was 1-8 there was one bright spot during that month, Coby White.
After having an incredible stretch of games and an overall great month, White was named the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month.
His final stats for the month of February were 20.1 PPG, 4.1 APG, 4.0 RPG, and his 3-point shooting percentage was 36%. Other big-name players around the league started to take note during White’s 30+ point 3-game stretch.
Other notable players giving White recognition included Chris Paul and Trae Young.
While this season hasn’t been a success so far, at least there are major bright spots within this roster. White has had a successful year so far and one can only imagine how he will look with an upgraded coach.
Either way the month of February surely boosted White’s confidence and Bulls fans all around are excited to see the player that he will become.
