Too bad for Briskett. Don’t bring him to London. He is not needed. Save the expense.

I think you want one aggressive safety and one who is a little more responsible. Two aggressive ones will get you beat. And two who always hang back will get you beat underneath. A mixed combo with some disguise and switched assignments helps you be less predictable. I have not been in love with Byard as a playmaker so far but he has sure been steady with his responsibilities. It’ll be interesting to see if he’s more aggressive with Owens next to him.

Well, we will see this week if we are better without Brisker. I think most of us know the answer and would rather him be in the game, even if he does allow a big play by being overly aggressive now and then. His penchant for big plays, sacks, interceptions, and forced fumbles far outweighs the risk of playing soft. Remember Eddie Jackson?

Brisker did not have a great game. I don’t have the All 22 but I believe it’s Brisker’s fault the Bears allowed the Panther’s big run TD early in the game. What a shame because Brisker played light out the week before, Brisker is often the DB who let’s a WR get behind him. Brisker does that with RB’s too. It’s not because Brisker is slow or that he lacks talent. It’s just that he plays too aggressive almost all the time. It’s all mental when Brisker makes an error. Ya some of these grades are very suspect. Watching the game Stevenson and Brisker seemed to have good games.
