@citizen34 — I am often mystified by the subjective grades that appear on PFF, preferring the spatial-temporal metrics and the statistics (although nothing I know of is infalable). All I know, is PFF is still the old-school, “state-of-the-art.” It certainly offers a reasonable starting point. But, on to TJ Edwards (one of the best signings by Bears GM, Ryan Poles). Edwards’ PFF grades vs. the IND Colts (9/22/24) were as follows: DEF: 29.9 RDEF: 56.3 TACK: 26.3 PRSH: 57.0 COV: 28.4 TJ Edwards played defense on 56 snaps; 33 in RDEF; 2 PRSH; and 21 COV snaps — with Zero… Read more »

Any idea why TJ Edwards had such a poor game? Were lineman getting into the second level to block him? I don’t recall a bad game from him as a Bear. I will tell you I am so sick of Brisker and his little wrist-flopping BS he does.when he is not even part of the play! I saw him getting bulldozed all game and saw him in on maybe 2 plays. He is their weakest link!

Just for you:

Payton Wilson (#98) 66 NFL snaps
Kiran Amegadjie (#75) “Incapacitated”

Again, you’ve missed the point: It’s not Amegadjie’s fault he was taken at #75 in the 3rd-round of the 2024 NFL draft.

It’s the “perpetual rookie” GM, Ryan Poles that I am criticizing for choosing an invalid over a playmaker.

Try to pay closer attention.

Sanborn is going to leave the Bears soon and go somewhere where they actually play him.
