The deadline to declare for the 2024 draft passed recently. Some players need to be granted special eligibility. To Clarify, here is the definition of Special Eligibility:
Players who are at least three years removed from their senior year of high school are eligible for the NFL draft. Players can request special eligibility from the league to enter the draft early if they are underclassmen or have graduated before using up all their college eligibility.
For the 2024 NFL draft, underclassmen had until January 15, 2024, to file declaration papers with the league. The NFL also added an early “soft” deadline of January 5, 2024, for underclassmen to declare for the draft. On January 19, 2024, the NFL sends a list of approved early entries to all 32 NFL clubs.
Players are only draft-eligible in the year after the end of their college eligibility.

For 2024, the list is only 54 players but included in this list are TE Brock Bowers, OT Joe Alt, Marvin Harrison Jr., QB Drake Maye, QB Caleb Williams, and WR Malik Nabors.
A post on “X” provides the entire list of the 54 players.

OC Watch Continues
Later today, Ryan Poles will be interviewing Kliff Kingsbury for the open offensive coordinator position. Kingsbury was on the USC Staff last season. It remains to be seen if there is any sincere interest in Kingsbury or if Poles is using this meeting to get a clearer picture of Caleb Williams. There are concerns about Williams’ play after he didn’t play up to his reputation during and after the Trojans game against Notre Dame.
That sounds like a Sandra Bullock Rom-Com I could wrap my head/heart around, honestly.
I TRY TO DELETE THOSE bs posts when i see them.
