Sidney Jones (CB, Washington)
Teams are nervous about Washington because he tragically tore his Achilles at the worst possible time during his pro day. That’s a tricky injury that is difficult to return from. When he was healthy, Jones was a lock down cornerback who could match up with any receiver he played against. He had the size, speed, agility and ball skills that made for a true cover man. Word is his rehab is ahead of schedule, but the risk is still there. If the Bears were to guess right? They’d have shutdown presence in the secondary they sorely need.
