When a guy is compared to Ezekiel Ansah, it’s time to take notice. Malik McDowell looks like the absolute ideal 3-4 defensive end. He’s 6’6″, 295 lbs and boasts 34-inch arms. The scariest part though? He can move with the speed and grace of a linebacker. That is what made him such a devastating pass rusher at times for the Spartans. What teams are hung up on at this point is his mind set. Some consider him lazy, leading to questions about whether he loves football. This means motivation will be key, a John Fox specialty.
