The 2024 season for the Chicago Bears has ended, marking the beginning of the off-season. Oddly enough, the Bears find themselves in the same position as last year, holding the top overall pick. This has drawn national attention as they are now in a pivotal position for the upcoming draft. In a recent interview on the St. Brown Bros podcast, DJ Moore, current Bears wide receiver, joined Equanimeous St. Brown and Amon-Ra St. Brown for a light hearted discussion. However, at one point during the show, Amon-Ra directly asked DJ Moore about his thoughts on what the Bears should do with the number one pick. After brief consideration, DJ Moore responded in a very direct manner.
“I think we trade back, to be honest.”
It’s well-documented that DJ Moore supports the idea of the Bears bringing Justin Fields back as their quarterback next year. Consider this just another endorsement for Justin Fields from his good friend and teammate, DJ Moore.

Man i don’t know how they mess this up. Even if you go with QB 1st overall and pick up high end WR with 9th pick, trade Fields its still going to get your team what it needs. It will be a couple of years before you’re able to consistently win but it should happen. If you keep Fields and do some trades in Draft, you should end up with a very high end WR and with 9th pick high end defense or OL type of player. Plus Draft capital. And you have a lot of cap room.
