The best thing is that many coaches are not coming from personal relationships, but from watching their work with other teams.

Is HC responsible for hiring QB1’s stylist, barber, wardrobe consultant, publicist, and social media team, or is that the GM’s job?

My HC BEN knows how to put a very good group together. I expect him to do the same in the draft and free agency, making the Bears competitive and respectable, and not a laughingstock and total embarrassment, this season.

The talent level of coaches is light years ahead compared to what Flus was dealing with. Nagy had an expensive DC but everything else was bad. I wonder if part of the negotiation with Johnson included the budget he had for his staff??
