Joffrey Lauvergne Is My New Favorite Player After Mocking DeMarcus Cousins’ Ridiculous Flopping

-

I’ve been a big DeMarcus Cousins fan for years, but no one can defend his horrendous flopping. Cousins graduated from the LeBron James school of acting with honors and has brought his own unique style of flopping to the NBA. On Sunday, Chicago Bulls big man Joffrey Lauvergne was tired of the Cousins’ bullshit and couldn’t resist openly mocking the New Orleans Pelicans’ center after a sequence of flopping.

It happened late in the third quarter, as the Bulls were controlling the game with a 10-point lead. Cousins and Lauvergne were jockeying for position in the post, when Cousins put on a show. Lauvergne was called for a foul and immediately after the whistle he flopped around like Cousins did.

This is flat out funny.

Pretty good impression in my opinion.

Cousins actually reminds me of the wacky inflatable arm flailing tube man.

One thing, though, Lauvergne can’t ever be caught doing an egregious flop. You can’t be the guy calling out bad flopping and then turn around and do the same thing.

Speaking of flopping, Lauvergne should’ve dove on the floor after this Michael Carter-Williams flop.

That’s a flop straight out of any soccer game you watch.

Oh and by the way, another great job of flopping by Rajon Rondo. Well, he really sold the call by dying afterward here.

Rondo. 😂😂😂

OK, I’ll admit, I laughed at this too.

There is still some joy watching the Bulls.
