It’s certainly not often when a team are such large underdogs that betting on them is like walking up to an ATM machine and getting money without needing a debit card. In fact, it would never happen usually, but to celebrate the fact that March Madness is back after a year long hiatus due to COVID-19, FanDuel Sportsbook is offering what is essentially a free $45 to new and existing customers.
Spread The Love
As part of their “spread the love” event, which they do on special occasions, you can bet up to $50 on the Michigan State Spartans to not lose by over 100 points. Yes, you read that right, 100 points. Obviously, Michigan State won’t lose by that much no matter how poorly they would play. Unless life is actually a simulation, and the game somehow turns into a game of NBA2K, but that is highly unlikely.
What is more likley is that they won’t lose by that massive amount of points, and you’ll win a free $45. In fact, the Spartans are actually favored in the game on the regular spread line right now by 2, so you’re getting the favorite as 100 point underdogs. Seriously, if i have to say anymore, then I really don’t know how I would be able to convince you.
How To Sign-Up And Get Your Free Cash
Remember, this promo is for new and existing users, but if you are new to FanDuel Sportsbook, follow these directions to get in on the action:
- Click here to create an account
- Make an initial deposit of at least $10, but I would recommend $50 so you can take full advantage of this promo. Remember, you won’t lose that $50 betting on this promo. You’ll get it back along with an additional $45 when M-State covers.
- You can also deposit more, because you will also receive a risk-free bet when you sign-up. So you will get two bets that you don’t have to worry about losing your cash on.
This offer is open to bettors in states such as Illinois, but as well as Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Michigan State vs. UCLA
As far as the actual spread is concerned, the Spartans are favored by -1.5 in this First Four matchup, which makes them slight favorites over the UCLA Bruins. Of course, that doesnt matter when you are on this promotion, but I figured I would include some analysis of the actual game. To be quite honest, neither one of these teams is very good. Both have had mediocre seasons at best, especially Michigan State, who had very high hopes coming into the year ranked as a top-10 team.
I like the Spartans in this game, not because I see how they are better than UCLA on the hardwood, but because of their coaching advantage. Michigan State’s Tom Izzo is one of the best coaches in college basketball, and has been in the tourney before. He will know how to get his guys prepared for the match, and I beleive his experience will be the difference in the game.
