The Best Bears vs. Packers Lines | FREE $25 Bet Offered By PointsBet

-

CHICAGO — The oldest and most storied rivalry in the NFL, maybe in sports. Two teams that have been facing off for over 100 seasons, with owners and coaches considered founders of the league. This Sunday night is Bears vs. Packers, and with the NFC North up for grabs, there’s no better time to put your money where your mouth is using Pointsbet.

Since Aaron Rodgers took over at QB for the Packers, the Bears have managed five wins against him. Over the last few matchups, all with Mitch Trubisky as their starting QB, every game has been within one score (eight points or fewer). However, the Bears have managed just one win in those five games.

The story’s moral is that the Packers have had the Bears number over the last two decades, but most games are a dog fight. Think about the 2010 NFC Championship game, think about the game-winning touchdown pass to Randall Cobb to win the division, and take the fierce rivalry right into your own home.

Packers vs. Bears Lines 11-29 (7:20 p.m.)

If you’ve been watching both teams this season as I have, it’s no surprise when you open PointsBet to see the Bears as (+9.5) point underdogs. The Bears have struggled to win at Lambeau Field, they’ve struggled against Aaron Rodgers, and most importantly, they’ve struggled to do anything productive on the offensive side of the ball.

Keep in mind that each game has been decided by one score or less for the last three seasons. While the Packers’ offense maybe around the top of the league in many categories, the Bears defense is still elite. Packers’ Head Coach Matt LaFleur said this week that he thinks “it will be our biggest challenge yet.”

The spread for Sunday’s game is (-9.5) for the Packers, (+9.5) for the underdog Bears, valued at (-105). This means that the Packers are expected to win by nearly two scores. With Mitch Trubisky back in at QB, the offense does get better. The Packers allow 26-points per game and cannot stop the run. If Trubisky is mobile enough to extend drives, I will not take the Packers to cover here. This game will be close.

The over/under is set at 44 points, valued at (-110). The Packers average just over 30-points per game, and the Bears average 19. With the Bears struggling to score, taking the under here is a good bet. Over the last three seasons, these matchups have never exceeded 44 points.

If you bet on the Bears to win the game, their money line is set (+365). If you bet on the Packers to win, their money line is (-450). Again, due to the way the Bears offense has played, the safe bet is to take Green Bay.

PointsBet and the Chicago Bears

If you’re looking for a sports betting app that suits your fandom, why not go with the one the Chicago Bears chose to partner with? Earlier this year, the team announced the partnership to help engage and improve the fan experience.

This partnership does more than improving team revenue. It also allows Bears fans to bet using better odds that are catered towards their team. For Sunday night’s game vs. Green Bay, look over to the right for the improved lines.

Just for Bears fans, Pointsbet is giving you weekly odds boosters for Bears game that you can’t find anywhere else. Basically, on Poinstbet, you can wager less money and win the same amount you would on other sportsbooks. Crazy, right?

It’s worth noting that PointsBet has also partnered with future NFL Hall-Of-Fame Bears return man Devin Hester.

Summing it up, you can bet the spread at (-105) on PointsBet only.

FREE $25 Bet

Using PointsBet, your first NFL bet on any Bears vs. Packers play is risk-free. If your bet loses, Pointsbet will refund your account up to $25 in FREE bets. These crazy promotions come from the Bears’ partnership with PointsBet. You won’t find better lines anywhere else.

New users get up to $1500 risk-free bets

No catch here. All new Pointsbet users get $1500 in risk-free bets IF you use our promo code MOCKERY.

By using our promo code MOCKERY, you will receive two risk-free bets. The first is a risk-free wager up to $500 on a fixed-odds bet. The other is a risk-free wager up to $1000 on your first points betting wager.

Again, if you’re a Chicago sports fan, this app is catered to your teams. If the easy-to-use interface and odds boost isn’t enough, the option of points betting should get you on board.

Points betting allows you to win more money, should a team/player cover their line and go over it. For example, if you bet on Aaron Rodgers to throw for 300 yards in Sunday night’s game and he throws for 400, you will be compensated for each additional yard he goes over.

A reminder that this goes both ways, so don’t get too carried away.

Prediction of Packers vs. Bears

This is a game full of storylines and suspense. The NFL is a week-week league, meaning a team in the hunt can change their entire narrative with a win. The Bears are in a unique spot to get within one game of first in the NFC North while also pushing themselves into a potential wild-card spot.

Let’s face it. The Nick Foles experience was a disaster. With the way the Bears offensive line is set up, Trubisky is a much better choice. The offense will not be eye-popping Sunday night, but it is going to be better. Trubisky is better at play-action, something the Packers’ defense has had a terrible time defending this year. The numbers don’t lie, and the Bears should be better offensively if Trubisky can run and extend drives.

One more thing to note: If Trubsiky musters up the strength to propel the Bears back into the playoff picture, he will save his NFL career and get a shot to backup someone next season. A win against Green Bay weighs much heavier than other wins in the eyes of Bears fans and the McCaskeys.

The Packers are beatable. I work for their flagship station in Milwaukee (WTMJ) and have watched all of their games this year. The Bears defense is going to have to sack Rodgers to win. When Rodgers gets hit, he gets frustrated and begins to make mistakes. They also need Robert Quinn to have his best game of the year. It’s going to be difficult, but if the Bears’ offense can punt less than four times and score three touchdowns, they should win.

That being said, Rodgers does not throw many interceptions at home. It will be hard for the defense to score, so the offense has no choice but to get the ball in the end zone. They’ve had two weeks to prepare for this, so I’ll take the Bears on the money line 27-24.
