Well this sucks.
Moments ago, a report came out concerning Manny Machado that White Sox fans will surely be crushed to hear:

We know that Manny said he is waiting until after the New Year to make his decision, so the time checks out. Clark is also pretty reliable when it comes to reporting these type of things. It doesn’t sound like he’s sugar-coating it either. No words like “speculation” or “rumored” pop up in this tweet. He seems 100% certain that he knows Manny’s destination.
If it is indeed true, then it would mean that Machado almost definitely took less to play with New York. Something myself and pretty much everyone did NOT see coming.
Well, onto Bryce Harper I guess.
