Kris Dunn Returning Tonight For The Chicago Bulls

-

Tonight the Bulls become a little bit more whole again. Starting Point Guard Kris Dunn is returning from a strained MCL injury.

Kris Dunn is entering his third NBA season, second of which is with the Bulls. Kris has only appeared in one game this year. He missed time due to the birth of his first child and in his first game back sustained an injury to his MCL. Cameron Payne took over the starting role and lost the starting role to Ryan Arcidiacono in Dunn’s absence.

With Kris returning hopefully the Bulls can find the consistency they need at the point guard position. This should also help with the defense as Kris is an above average defender and can shut down elite PGs and SGs.

One thing is for sure, Kris coming back drastically improves the starting lineup. With his defense and scoring ability, it takes pressure off of Zach and Lauri. Let’s all hope Kris can stay healthy and help lead this young team in the right direction.
