While the Blackhawks are in the middle of one of their worst seasons in recent memory, many fans have chosen to look to the future. They have a solid amount of good, if not great prospects highlighted by Defenseman Adam Boqvist. Well, Artur Kayumov is going to be another prospect that Hawks fans are familiar with very quickly, but for all the wrong reasons.

Just disgraceful. First you injure a player, then you send a haymaker into the ref’s jaw, and to cap it off you pump up the crowd? Call me crazy, but I don’t need a guy like that on the Blackhawks. You can be an enforcer-type player in hockey without pulling shit like this.
Kayumov will surely get suspended, but for how long is anyone’s guess. I’d expect it to be pretty lengthy though.
