Troubling news has come about this morning out of the Chicago Bulls camp. Starting Point Guard, Kris Dunn will be missing the opening game of the season with a personal matter.
“Kris Dunn is excused tonight for a personal matter. We will start Cam Payne in his place.” Coach Hoiberg

Backup guard, Cameron Payne will start in Kris Dunn’s place. Also, newly acquired guard Tyler Ulis will be active tonight and likely see backup PG minutes. Cameron Payne had a forgettable preseason for the Chicago Bulls averaging 4.2PPG, 3.2APG, AND 3.ORPG. Cameron also shot horrible percentages from the field and behind the three-point line, posting a 25FG% and 29% from 3 point range.
Everyone here at Sports Mockery hopes all is well with Kris Dunn and cannot wait to see him debut this season for the Chicago Bulls. We will be following this story closely and updating you on anything we find out.
