Khalil Mack comes across as a quiet person. An introvert of sorts. He seems to keep to himself off the field. Not a guy who likes to be in the limelight. That is why it was a bit of a shock when he consented to let the Chicago Bears mic him up for last Sunday’s game against the New York Giants. An honor usually reserved for guys like Akiem Hicks, Danny Trevathan, or Eddie Jackson.

As it turns out, Mack isn’t afraid to do some jawing during games. Especially against the opposing team. There were a few instances where he openly called out to one of the Giants players. His warning to right tackle Cameron Fleming that it was going to be a “long day” was particularly good.

It was also great when he called it a “stat game.” In other words, if the front plays up to their standards, everybody would fill up the stat sheets. He wasn’t wrong. The Bears finished with four sacks and numerous other pressures. Check out the rest here.
