Ex-Blackhawks Coach Joel Quenneville Has Hinsdale Residence Listed For $2.6 Million

-

Quenneville lived in the house for all 10 years of his tenure as Blackhawks head coach.

Former Chicago Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville will forever be a legend in the city of Chicago. Not just because of what he did from behind the bench for 10 seasons, but also because of how he interacted with the community he called home. Coach Q frequently made visits to his favorite bars and restaurants around the Hinsdale, Illinois area, and after a heroic summer, he would often bring a prized companion with him. The Stanley Cup.

Those days sadly came to an end on Nov. 6, 2018, when Quenneville was fired by the Blackhawks and replaced by current head coach Jeremy Colliton. Coach Q wasn’t a free agent for long though, as he was hired to be the head coach of the Florida Panthers on Apr. 8, 2019.

Now all that’s left of Quenneville in the Chicagoland area are the tremendous memories and stories from the ‘Dynasty Era’. Speaking of which, do you remember when Blackhawks fans covered Q’s house in toilet paper after each of the team’s three Stanley Cups?

Remember that house? Well, as of May 15, it is officially on the open market. Built in 1983, the house has seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, three fireplaces, and is a whopping 6,430 square feet. The asking price? A slight $2.6 million. Who wants to pitch in?
