While some took the news of Nick Foles arriving in Chicago with a lack of enthusiasm, others decided to have fun with it. There were plenty of positive reactions too. However, none of them can hold a candle to what Kyle Long cooked up. The former Bears guard decided to use the announcement, along with Foles’ well-documented nickname to take a playful jab at ex-teammate Tarik Cohen.
It came in the form of a simple, sort of a wink-wink tweet.
For those who don’t have the best memory, do recall. A few months ago Cohen took to Instagram after a Bears win over the Washington Redskins. What he didn’t realize until it was too late was his video caught Long in the background in full nude, showcasing his bare bottom and “gentleman parts” to the world. The guard wasn’t hot about it and Cohen was totally apologetic, but there’s no question the ribbing was brutal after that.

This tweet might be the pièce de résistance. For those who don’t know, Foles’ nickname dating back to 2014 is “Big Dick Nick.” Two of his former teammates from Philadelphia hinted strongly that the 6’6 quarterback is rather…gifted in the groin area. Thus this joke comes with a masterful twin-pronged jab, one at Foles and the other at Cohen.
This is why Kyle Long is the best.
Other people were so focused on Foles as a player and worried about how he might perform on the field. Long was more worried about Cohen revealing to the world one of the greatest locker room myths of the past decade.
