Oh, Jimmy Butler. You either love him or can’t stand him. There is no in between. Speaking for myself, he was hands down one of my favorite players to come out of the Derrick Rose era. In a recent interview with the Players’ Tribune, he was asked the following question:

“Who is the most unstoppable player you’ve ever played with?”

Before I reveal who he went with, let me remind you of a list of some of the players Butler has played along side in the NBA:

Joel Embid, Ben Simmons, Andrew Wiggins, Karl-Anthony Towns, Jamal Crawford, Derrick Rose, Dwayne Wade, Loul Deng, Joakim Noah, Richard Hamilton, and Carlos Boozer just to name a few.

Again, out of all these players he had to choose, he went with the one that would hit Chicago Bulls fans deep within their hearts.

Man I was — I was there with prime D-Rose, like MVP Rose. When I would see him do stuff in practice , I’d be like that is absolutely incredible. Then he’d go and do it like two times in a game. I was like — this guy is for real.

Talk about some nostalgia, right?
