It’s been an interesting winter for left-handed pitcher Ian Clarkin. He’s been in the White Sox farm system since the middle of 2017, and apparently the Cubs really love him.

The Cubs claimed him off waivers from the White Sox on Nov. 20, and less than a week later the White Sox claimed him right back.

Let’s see how long until the White Sox claim him right back.
Ian Clarkin had a 4.76 ERA in 85 IP last season (between three CWS affiliates). Worth noting, though, that he had 2.72 ERA in 36.1 IP after returning in July from a groin issue.
