Oh baby, this is getting even juicer! Buster Olney made headlines today, reporting that the White Sox have offered Manny Machado a seven-year deal worth $175 million. Bob Nightengale also backed up the figures and said the White Sox haven’t moved up their bid. Remember, a whole bunch of Chicago reporters also said the offer was for seven years a few days ago and now Machado’s agent is calling out the national reporters.
On Wednesday, Dan Lozano called out Olney and Nightengale, saying their reporting on the White Sox and Machado has not been accurate.
