#23-Devin Hester

Tenure: 2006-2013

There was once a time when Devin Hester was arguably the most exciting player in the NFL. He was drafted as a cornerback, but obviously made his mark in the league as a kick returner. He holds just about every team record in the return categories and holds the NFL record for most return touchdowns (punt and kick combined) with 20, 19 of those coming as a Bear, including one in the Super Bowl. 14 of those are punt return touchdowns, which is also an all-time record. He’s a four-time Pro Bowler, a three-time First Team All-Pro, and a member of the 2000s All-Decade Team. He also made the move to wide receiver and while he may not have been the number one option, he provided a deep threat and his mere presence opened up the field and demanded attention. He was just fun to watch.
