Mark Carrier was one of the most popular Bears of the 1990s and made an instant impact after being taken with the sixth pick in the 1990 draft. He won the Defensive Rookie of the Year with 10 interceptions, which is still the single-season Bears record, and also had 122 tackles. He went to the Pro Bowl in three of his first four years in the league. He had 20 interceptions in his seven seasons in Chicago.
