Pat McAfee Urges The Bears To Pursue This QB

-

Pat McAfee was a kicker for the Indianapolis Colts for eight seasons before he retired from the NFL. Since leaving the game of football, he’s done nothing short of amazing things in a variety of different genres.

  • NFL/College Football analyst
  • Professional wrestling analyst
  • Podcaster
  • Small business owner

He currently hosts the Pat McAfee Show Monday through Friday and can be seen on YouTube, Westwood One, & DAZN. It is also avaibale on all podcast platforms. Today on his show, he went ahead and called out the Chicago Bears:

Pat McAfee isn’t sold on Trubisky

The Chicago Bears stated that Mitchell Trubisky will be their starting quarterback in 2020 however McAfee seems to think the Bears ought to go after former MVP Cam Newton.

“If I was the Chicago Bears, I would be trying to get Cam Newton.. What’s the worst that could happen? He stinks? You guys stink anyways.”

It is safe to say that McAfee doesn’t share the same beliefs the Bears front office does when it comes to potentially building around the former second overall pick one last time this offseason. Unfortunately, you can’t blame him either. He is also not alone in this thinking as the common theme surrounding Trubisky is that he just isn’t a starting quarterback in the NFL.
