The Chicago Blackhawks are currently 15-17 and in last place in the central division. The team has been on yet another roller coaster of a season and it doesn’t seem to be stopping any time soon with this most recent medical update:
Although the chances of the Blachawks somehow turning this season around seemed unlikely, this update seems to be the final nail in the coffin.
The loss of Saad for three weeks can’t be taken lightly. The fact both de Haan and Seabrook are out for the remainder of the season just adds salt to the wound.
With the Blackhawks more than likely finished, there seems only one logical thing to do at this point:
Let the tanking begin.
