Well, we already know the Cubs will have a new manager in 2020, but the organization as a whole is going through a big transition this offseason. On Thursday, the Cubs announced five changes to their player development department.

The first big move happened during the regular season, when Jason McLeod was moved to a player personnel role to help out with the MLB team after spending his Cubs career in player development.

The changes for the Cubs include a new director of pitching Craig Breslow, and a new director of hitting Justin Stone.

But more moves within the organization are coming.
