The Cubs are going to fly to Washington D.C. following Wednesday night’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers for a make up game and because they’re playing at 4 p.m. EST and flying back to Chicago the same night, the team has changed Friday’s game time against the Cincinnati Reds.
Originally scheduled for 1:20 p.m. on Friday, the Cubs have moved first pitch to 7:05 p.m.

Hopefully there aren’t any delays in travel or during Thursday’s game against the Nationals. The Cubs won’t be sending all their players for that game, keeping back starting pitchers, Kyle Schwarber because of his back tighness and any relievers who won’t be available because they pitched on Wednesday.
Mike Montgomery will start for the Cubs on Thursday against Joe Ross.
