Jose Quintana Goes For Fourth Straight As The White Sox Go For The Sweep

99

I said it on Friday and I’ll say it again. It was nice to have the Minnesota Twins in town. After losing two in a row to the Red Sox, the Chicago White Sox bounced back by taking two in a row from the last-place Twins and will go for the sweep today at U.S. Cellular Field.

Jose Quintana will take the mound today in search of his fourth straight victory for the second time in career. The White Sox left-hander has been stellar thus far in 2016, especially in his last three starts. He’s given up only one earned run in those 21 innings while striking out 19.

The Twins will counter with right-hander Tyler Duffey, who’ll make his first career start at U.S. Cellular Field.

Here’s everything else you need to know about today’s series finale.
