Have you ever just looked at someone and thought to yourself, “What the hell was that guy thinking?” Well, add one more to your list of thousands.
It’s not even been 24 hours since the Chicago Cubs ended the Pittsburgh Pirates’ 2015 season and it’s time for their fans to move on. For Andrew Broadwater, however, a Pirates superfan from Frostburg, Maryland, he might have a more difficult time than others in getting that accomplished.
You see, back on August 12, long before these playoffs even got started, Broadwater did something that you just don’t do. He got a tattoo of his team’s logo. Well, what’s wrong with that? Nothing. Nothing at all. I’ve got no problem with that. I see those every day. The issue with this particular one is that he put “2015 Champs” along with it. Oops.
I give the guy props for supporting his team like that, but damn brother, couldn’t you just wait? The Pirates were eliminated two years straight in the wild card game leading up to the game with the Cubs, and haven’t you seen Back to the Future Part II?
At least he had a sense of humor about it today.
Well, now you only have to worry about getting that Sharpie ink off. Oh, and walk around with that tattoo for the rest of forever, but the internet is certainly grateful. Thanks for the laugh Andrew. Enjoy those Steelers games.
