The Chicago Bears are not expected to make much noise in 2015, but according to Bovada.com they’re one of the worst teams in football. Updated odds indicate the Bears have a 50/1 chance of making it to Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California for Super Bowl 50, only six teams in the entire league have a worse chance. Other teams made some good jumps after free agency, not the Bears.
Why are Chicago’s odds so bad you ask? Here’s a few reasons why.
No Faith In Jay Cutler
Jay Cutler is often scrutinized for many things that don’t have anything to do with football, however when discussing his on-the-field play it hasn’t been too good either. Failing to make the playoffs in five of six seasons with the Chicago Bears, while leading the league in turnovers twice, doesn’t leave much hope for the people wagering in Vegas.
