It’s two weeks into fantasy football and some owners are sitting 0-2 (find out 3 ways to save your season) or 1-1 and not happy with some of their players. It’s easy to forget the preparation or excitement of drafting guys who have come out of the gates slow.
In certain instances, it’s a matter of staying patient or buying low on players with the potential to deliver. I’ve targeted six players who fit this description and should turn it around as soon as Week 3. While we know there’s no guarantees in fantasy, these guys are good bets to perform as expected, even if they’ve been frustrating to own so far.
As William Wallace taught us, sometimes you need to HOLD!!!!
Week 1 @ Miami – Passing Yards: 249 Touchdowns: 1
Week 2 @ Minnesota– Passing Yards: 149 Touchdowns: 1
Almost everyone is ready to call Tom Brady done in the world of top fantasy quarterbacks. His stats so far would be easy to agree with that statement but you can’t give up on him. He has some favorable matchups (Oak, KC, NYJ, Chi, and Den) heading into his Week 10 Bye, so expect a big turnaround starting this week in Foxborough.
The Patriots can always frustrate an owner with their play calling and game plans but once Rob Gronkowski returns to full action, I think Brady’s passing yards and TD’s will get a huge boost.
Recommendation: Start with confidence.. Home opener against Oakland should set up Tom Brady for a huge game in front of the New England faithful.
