In less than 24 hours, many of the hopefuls trying to make the Chicago Bears roster will know their fate. One of the people on the bubble – Chicago’s own Jordan Lynch. The Heisman Trophy finalist from NIU hasn’t had a lot of opportunity in the Bears line-up. But he expects that to change in the final preseason game.

He recently talked with J.D. Miller of 2 Beers In to talk about his odds of making the team.

“They said I’d get a chance to carry the ball a little bit – whatever that means,” joked Lynch. “I need to go out and execute my plays and show the coaches.”

This opportunity to make the roster isn’t being lost on the Chicago native.
